Hochschild Mining plc ('the Company') announces that, Graham Birch, a Non-Executive Director, has purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company ('Shares') at a price of 48.925p per Share.
Following the purchase, which was made on the London Stock Exchange and notified to the Company on 29 December 2015, Mr Birch has a holding of 30,000 Shares.
