On 12 June 2013, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 12 June 2013 Julia Wilson, a Director and a person discharging managerial responsibilities transferred 12,110 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") from her own name into an ISA in her own name. This was done by the sale of 12,110 shares at a price of 338.35p per share and the purchase of 12,110 shares at a price of 338.92p per share. 

The place of the above transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
