Directors' Shareholding

The Board of Byotrol plc ('Byotrol' or the 'Company'), the leading anti-microbial hygiene company, has been notified that Dr. Gary Millar, the recently appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company, earlier today bought 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 17 pence per share. Of the 250,000 ordinary shares Dr. Millar has acquired, 200,000 ordinary shares were bought from Stephen Falder, the Company's Business Development Director & Deputy Chairman.

As a result of the transaction, Mr Falder retains a beneficial holding in the Company of 5,035,854 ordinary shares representing 5.99 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company and Dr Millar's holding in the Company is 250,000 ordinary shares representing 0.30 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
