DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified that on 11 March 2015, Don Kenny (Group Chief Executive) bought 106,774 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 168.32 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Don Kenny's beneficial interest in the Company is 312,588 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
