Executive Director Share Transfer

Michael Page International plc ("the Company") announces that on 1 May 2012, Stephen Puckett, an Executive Director of the Company, transferred 173,147 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") in the Company, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital, to his wife for nil consideration.

Following this transaction, the total beneficial interest of Stephen Puckett and his connected persons in the Shares remains unchanged.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R.
