 Director Shareholding 

On 15 October 2008, the Company was informed that on the same day, Jeff Harding, Chairman of Ceramic Fuel Cells, via the Harding Superannuation Fund, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of A$0.27, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital. 

Following this announcement Jeff Harding is interested, directly or indirectly, in a total of 350,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.10% of the issued share capital.
