CLS Holdings plc (the "Company") Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 15 March 2010 that Malcolm Cooper, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company , purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 517.5 pence per Ordinary S hare on 15 March 2010. Following this transaction, Mr Cooper's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 5,000 Ordinary Shares (0.01%).
