Director's shareholding in the Company
Hambledon was today advised that the Esterel Trust, a trust in which George Eccles, Chairman of Hambledon, is a beneficiary, transferred the registered and legal ownership of 120,500 ordinary shares of the Company to George Eccles.
As a result of the above transfer, the beneficial interest of George Eccles in the issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 144,750 ordinary shares.
