DIRECTOR'S DEALING
Amino Technologies plc ('Amino' or the 'Company') (LSE: AMO), the Cambridge-based leader in digital entertainment solutions for IPTV, Internet TV and in-home multimedia distribution, announces that on 29 January 2013, Julia Hornby, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 33,149 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 75 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Julia Hornby holds 33,149 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06 per cent. of the issued share capital and voting rights of Amino.
