Director's Shareholding

Sir Philip Warner, Chairman of the Company, has notified the Company that he has had transferred into his own name, 26,691 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company that were held on his behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"), that have been released from the AESOP.

Following the transfer, Sir Philip Warner holds a beneficial interest of 927,696 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company, representing 1.65% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Sir Philip Warner no longer holds any shares within the AESOP.
