Director/PDMR Shareholding
SourceBio International plc has been notified that on 29 November 2021, Harwood Capital LLP transferred 142,115 ordinary shares of 0.15 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the Jay C LeCoque Trust, a Limited Partner of Harwood Private Equity IV L.P. ("HPE4"), in order to satisfy distributions, in the normal course of business. Jay LeCoque, Executive Chairman, is the sole trustee of the Jay C LeCoque Trust.
Following the transfer, Jay LeCoque is beneficially interested in 2,344,612 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Christopher Mills, Non-Executive Director of the Company is Chief Executive of Harwood Capital LLP.
