Director Shareholding 

Cavanagh Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 30 November 2009 that on that day, Mr Andrew Fay, Chief Executive of the Company, transferred 7,820 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 57 pence per share to a SIPP belonging to Mr Fay. As a result of this transaction Mr Fay remains interested in 2,253,288 Ordinary Shares representing 19.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
