Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 23 May 2011 Simon Emeny, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,400 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 468.75 pence per share.
Mr Emeny's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 26,400 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
