NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Norcros plc (the "Company") was notified on 24 June 2010, that on the same day, Joe Mathews, Group Chief Executive, purchased 549,000 shares at a price of 8p each. Joe Mathews beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 14,900,000 ordinary shares of 1p each.
