Zotefoams PLC13 April 2007 Zotefoams plc (the "Company") Director Shareholdings The Company today received confirmation from David Stirling, Managing Directorof the Company, that he has yesterday exercised an option to acquire 82,093ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 72.5pence per Ordinary Share. In conjunction with this exercise of options MrStirling has sold a total of 64,695 Ordinary Shares at a price of 123.5 penceper Ordinary Share.
