The Company announces that it received notification from Marcelo Comba, Non Executive Director of the Company, on July 24 2008 that he bought 25,000 ordinary shares in AEN on 24 July 2008 at 39.00 pence per share.

The above shares comprise Mr. Comba entire holdings of AEN ordinary shares.
