Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has received notification that, on 1 November 2012, Mr Jon Pither, a non-executive director, transferred 53,500 ordinary shares in the Company from his Self Invested Pension Plan into his personal holding at 87.5p per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Pither's beneficial interest in ordinary shares with voting rights remains 286,631 (0.8% of the ordinary shares in issue).
