The Company has received notification that on 26 June 2008 JG Cluff, a director of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 74.5p per share.
JG Cluff now holds an interest in 1,870,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 2.2% of the total number of ordinary shares now in issue.
