Director/PDMR Shareholding

Interserve Plc Notification of Transactions of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and Connected Persons Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, Interserve Plc (the"Company") announces that Mr Ian Renhard (PDMR) exercised his options over 423shares under the Interserve Sharesave Scheme 2009 on 15 August 2013. The shares were transferred by Capita Fiduciary (in its capacity as Trustee ofthe Interserve Employee Benefit Trust), into Mr Renhard's name on 21 August2013. These options were originally granted on 14 May 2010 at an exercise price of214.50p per share. The Sharesave Scheme is an all-employee HMRC-approved share scheme and theexercise of options on maturity is not dependent upon performance criteria.
