Universe has been informed that earlier today Paul Cooper, Chief Executive, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.25p per share. Following this transaction, Paul Cooper now holds 650,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
