Director/PDMR Shareholdings: Notification under DTR 3.1.2 (R)

The Company was notified on 9th July 2008 of the following transactions by

Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and their Connected Persons.

On 9th July 2008, Aubrey Adams, non-executive chairman, purchased 10,000

shares at 720p. Following this transaction Mr Adams has an interest of 20,000

shares representing 0.20% of the issued share capital of the Company.
