Penna Consulting, the international human resources consulting group, was notified on 19 November 2012 that Graham Paton, a non-executive director, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 19 November 2012 at a price of 88.3 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Graham Paton is interested in 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.08 per cent. of Penna's issued share capital.
