Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified:

1. on 22 September 2010 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 532 pence and 533 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 September 2010.

2. on 22 September 2010 that Karin Mortstedt, the wife of Sten Mortstedt and therefore a connected person, purchased 500 Ordinary Shares at prices between 532 pence and 533 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 September 2010.

Therefore the Trust's interest, combined with the interest of Mrs Mortstedt, in the Company following this transaction is 24,757,378 Ordinary Shares (53.14%).
