Tawa plc ('the Company') has been informed today that Colin Bird, Chairman of Tawa plc, transferred 85,000 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife, Janet Bird, today by way of gift transfer. Following the transfer, Colin Bird's beneficial interest in the Company is unchanged at 905,000 ordinary shares representing 0.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
