Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholdings

PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed on 15 March 2017 that Mr James John Berry, Executive Director of the Company, transferred:

· 319,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.003 each in the Company to his SIPP (PSFM SIPP Ltd - J J Berry); and

· 27,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.003 each in the Company to his ISA (the J J Berry ISA).

Following the transfer, Mr Berry's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 2,210,619 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.69 per cent of the total issued share capital with voting rights.

PCA Shareholding

Mrs Karen S Berry (PCA to James John Berry) transferred 33,500 Ordinary Shares of £0.003 each in the Company to her ISA (the K S Berry ISA a/c) and SIPP (PSFM SIPP Ltd - The Karen Berry SIPP) in the amounts of 18,000 Ordinary Shares and 15,500 Ordinary Shares respectively.
