Bond International Software PLC27 April 2007 BOND INTERNATIONAL SOFTWARE PLC Director/PDMR Shareholding Bond International Software plc ("the Company") announces that on 26 April 2007,Mr Martin Baldwin, Group Chairman exercised share options as follows: • Exercise of options over 115,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 65p per share; and • Exercise of options over 45,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 49.5p per share. Mr Baldwin, sold 115,000 of the shares allotted pursuant to the exercise ofoptions at a price of 209p per share and retained 45,000 of the shares.Following this notification, his beneficial interest in the Company is 85,770ordinary shares representing approximately 0.3% of the issued ordinary sharecapital of the Company. The Company also announces that on 26 April 2007, Mr Richard Hall, a Groupnon-executive director, exercised options over 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p eachat 49.5p per share.
