Name of PDMR or connected persons: Mr Nigel Trend and a person connected to Mr Trend

The Company was notified on 28th March 2014 that:

· on 27th March 2014 Mr Trend purchased 4,238 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into his SIPP at a price of 492.6400p per share;

· on 27th March 2014 Mr Trend purchased 3,046 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 489.5734p per share; and

· on 28th March 2014 a person connected to Mr Trend purchased 2,434 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 489.9950p per share.

Following these transactions, the total interest of Mr Trend and a person connected to Mr Trend in the issued share capital of the Company has increased to 113,715 ordinary shares of 20p each representing 0.0964% of the issued share capital of the Company.
