Director Shareholding
The Company received notification on 19 January 2015 that David Steel, Finance Director, acquired on 19 January 2015 12,659 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.7p per Ordinary Share. Following this acquisition, Mr Steel has an interest in 81,240 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
