SECURE PROPERTY Development & Investment plc (AIM:SPDI), the South Eastern European focused property investment company, announces that it has been notified that Ian Domaille, a Director of the Company, has participated in the Open Offer (via a nominee) to acquire 62,211 new shares in the Open Offer, bringing his total beneficial shareholding to 133,132 ordinary shares.
