Director Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Chris Moore, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired a total of 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below:

9 June, 450,000 Ordinary Shares at 32.4p each

10 June, 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 32.7p each

13 June, 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 31.4p each

Following these acquisitions Chris Moore has a beneficial interest in 2,855,333 Ordinary Shares representing 2.19% of the issued share capital in the Company.
