Director's Dealings
The Board of Elektron announces that on Friday 21 November Keith Daley, Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 8.75 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Daley is now interested in 3,400,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.97 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
