On 22 March 2012 Computacenter Plc was notified that Stephen Benadé, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) of the Company, had on 21 March 2012, transferred 6,000 ordinary shares, held beneficially, at nil consideration to a connected person, Mr. Washington Mendes.
Following the transfer Mr. Benadé beneficial shareholding in the Company is 4,694.
