Keller Group plc (`the Company')
Keller Group plc announces that Dr Michael West, a director of the Company, has today transferred a total of 6,800 ordinary 10p shares in the Company to charitable trusts by way of gifts. As a result of these transactions, Dr West now has a beneficial interest in 1,341,200 ordinary 10p shares in the Company, representing 2.0% of the Company's share capital.
