24 September 2010 Avingtrans plc (Avingtrans or "the Company") Director Shareholdings
Avingtrans plc (AIM:AVG), a manufacturer of critical components and associated services to the medical, energy, industrial and global aerospace sectors, has today been notified that on 24 September 2010, Graham Thornton, Non Executive Director purchased a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), as follows:
* 10,000 Ordinary Shares at 45.0 pence per share; and
* 10,000 Ordinary Shares at 42.0 pence per share.
