Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed today that Alan Marsh, Executive Director, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company today at a price of 324 pence per share.
Accordingly, Mr Marsh's resultant beneficial interest comprises 1,274,293 ordinary shares, representing 5.89 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
