Director Dealing

The Company was notified on 6 February 2009 that on 6 February 2009 Mr. Alf Vaisey, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company, at a price of 12p per share. 

As a result Mr. Vaisey's now holds 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.3% of the total voting rights of the Company.
