Works Media Group (The) PLC15 February 2007 THE WORKS MEDIA GROUP PLC DIRECTOR'S DEALING The board of The Works Media Group plc (the "Company") was today informed thatCrispin Barker, chairman of the Company, has transferred 550,000 ordinary sharesin the Company, representing approximately 0.52 per cent. of the Company'sissued share capital, from his unregulated pension scheme to his own name. Crispin Barker's previously disclosed beneficial holding of 29,865,885 ordinaryshares representing approximately 28.34 per cent. of the Company's issued sharecapital remains unchanged.
