The Company announces that it has been informed that Mr David Armfield, a non-executive director, and connected persons, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company on 1 July 2016 (representing 0.03% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue) at a price of £1.30 per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr David Armfield and connected persons have an interest in 35,000 ordinary shares with voting rights (0.1% of the ordinary shares in issue).
