Director Shareholding

The Company was today informed that Waterman Trustees Limited purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 72p per share today, 3,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 81p per share on Tuesday 18th November 2008 and a further 3,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 81p per share on Wednesday 19thth November 2008.

Waterman Trustees Limited also purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at 68.5p today and 12,500 Ordinary Shares at 77p per share on Tuesday 18th November from Group employees following the exercise of share options.

Following these transactions, Waterman Trustees Limited holds 389,738 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.3% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
