Director/PDMR Shareholding

SDL PLC ("the Company") was advised that:

A total of 50,000 SDL PLC ordinary shares were purchased at 528.33p per share on 16 March 2017 by Adolfo Hernandez, CEO, SDL PLC; and that

Sarah Jane Byrne De Hernandez, Maria Hernandez Byrne and Lara Hernandez Byrne, connected persons of Adolfo Hernandez, transferred 50,000 ordinary shares to Adolfo Hernandez at nil cost. 

As a result of these transactions Adolfo Hernandez's total holding in the Company is 100,000 shares representing 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
