Director's Dealing
The Company was notified on 8 February 2017 that, following approval by the Company's remuneration committee, Mr Pat Clawson has exercised vested awards under the Software LTIP. This exercise has been satisfied by the transfer of 115,295 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. Mr Clawson sold 85,991 of these Ordinary Shares on 9 February 2017 at a price of 280p per share to satisfy tax liabilities relating to the exercise and for his personal financial purposes and he retained the remaining 29,304 Ordinary Shares.
Following this exercise and sale, Mr Clawson is interested in 29,304 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Clawson also retains the greater unexercised proportion of his awards under his performance related Long Term Incentive Plan.
