The Company would like to advise that, on 5 March 2012 Lynn Ruddick, Non Executive Director, bought 4,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £3.714364 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Lynn has an interest of 4,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.015% of the Company's issued share capital.
