The Company was informed today by David Blackwood, one of the Independent Non-Executive Directors, that he had acquired 2,189 Ordinary Shares of 12.34p per share at a price of 2,226.53 pence per share.

David Blackwood's resultant reportable total holding in the Company is 2,189 Ordinary Shares of 12.34p representing 0.004% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
