Notification of transaction by director

In accordance with section 3.2.1R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Air Partner plc confirms that it has today received notification of a transaction in shares of the Company by the Chairman, Aubrey Adams.

There has been no change in beneficial ownership. The notification relates to the transfer of 50,000 shares on 11 November 2011 to The Corporation of Lloyds, for Mr Adams' account. The shares represent Mr Adams' total holding of shares in Air Partner plc and amount to 0.49% of the Company's issued share capital.
