Director Shareholding
The Company was informed today that between 25 November 2008 and 1 December 2008, a trust belonging to a deceased shareholder in Mears has sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each at an average price of 230p per share. Mr Reginald Pomphrett, a non-executive director of Mears, is a trustee of the trust, and his beneficial holding of 25,000 ordinary shares remains unchanged.
