Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today by Julia Trouse, a Director of the Company, of the sale of 343,460 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) granted under ECO’s Joint Share Ownership Plan (the “JSOP”). The Ordinary Shares were sold yesterday at a price of £3.05 per Ordinary Share with Julia Trouse benefitting from the value per Ordinary Share above £1.94. Following the sale Julia Trouse will hold 125,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2 per cent. of the Company.
