PDMR Shareholding

Xchanging plc ('Xchanging'), the business technology and services provider, was informed today that Catherine Wilson, a person connected to Stephen Wilson (a non-executive director of Xchanging plc and therefore a person discharging managerial responsibility) ('PDMR') purchased 17,879 ordinary shares of 5p each in Xchanging (representing 0.007% of Xchanging's issued share capital), at a price of 97.75p per share.

Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares held by Mr Wilson (including those held by connected persons) has increased to 53,214 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.022% of Xchanging's issued share capital.

The above transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on 30 July 2015. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
