The Company has been notified that on 27 May 2022, Michael O'Brien, the Company's Portfolio Manager at Fundsmith LLP, the Company's Investment Manager, purchased 3,375 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,093.20p per share.
As a result of the transaction, Mr O'Brien holds a total of 34,900 Ordinary Shares.
