Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities
The Company announces that pursuant to the Company's Tender Offer, as described in the Circular to shareholders dated 21 August 2015 which completed on 14 September 2015, the directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company below have notified the Company of the sale by Tender of those number of ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 2,190 pence per share, and are now interested in the number of Ordinary Shares as set out against their name:
