The Company announces that it was notified on 21 May 2014 that Thomas Lundqvist, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,353 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 May 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Lundqvist's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 79,644 Ordinary Shares (0.18%).
